COVID-19 Update 5:40pm Saturday 21st November
Time To Smile Again!!!
Big changes yesterday with the lifting of the “pause lockdown” announced.
We have now received advice from SA Health and the SA branch of the ADA (Australian Dental Association) that Dental practices are allowed to operate under Level 1 (normal) conditions as from 12:01am Sunday 22nd of November. For our surgery this means we will open as normal on Monday 23rd of November. Screening for COVID-19 risk factors will still occur.
Within the next 24 hours your Dentist &/or Hygienist will directly call the patients that were cancelled for next Monday and Tuesday to offer them their original appointment times.
Patients that were cancelled on Thursday and Friday will be contacted during next week by our reception team.
Extreme emergencies will continue to be triaged by the GDC Partners who can be contacted when ringing the Clinic (85221223)
We appreciate your patience, support and kindness during this tricky time for all and are hopeful that this pause for all South Australians will mean we can be back to “normal” sooner than later.
If you are seeking a new dental home, or if it’s just been a while since your last visit to the dentist, we would like to welcome you to our Gawler, SA dental clinic. For decades, we have been providing patients of all ages with quality care. Families have been turning to Gawler Dental Clinic since 1922 to find the general and cosmetic dentistry they need to keep smiles healthy.
Our team of dentists, which includes Dr Ken Heath, Dr Adrian Balestrin, Dr Guy Williamson, Dr Philip Do, Dr Nella Dellamalva, Dr Anna Kinzie, Dr Nathan Parker and Dr Kimberley Humphrey, bring a wealth of experience to our team, along with a commitment to ongoing education. Our goal is to accurately asses the needs of our patients, then talk to them about options, tailoring treatment to the individual.
In addition to Gawler, we are pleased to serve dental patients in the surrounding communities, including the Barossa Valley, Elizabeth, Clare, the Mid North and Yorke Peninsula. New patients are always welcome, from children to seniors—and everyone in between. Whatever stage of life you are in, we can provide the dental care you need so you can enjoy a lifetime of healthy smiles.
We offer preventive dentistry, as well as all the traditional dental treatments you would expect from a general dentist. We provide advanced treatments and procedures as well, so you can get the dental work you need all under the same roof.
No two people are alike—and neither are their oral health needs. Most patients will benefit from seeing their dentist every six months, but more frequent visits make sense for some people. When you come in for an examination, we can make a recommendation for a treatment programme that we customise for your needs. We can also arrange your next appointment while you are here, so you're sure to get the booking that works for you.
You can reach us online or by calling us on (08) 8522 1223 to arrange a booking. Our office hours are set up to accommodate our patients’ busy schedules, so we have evening and Saturday appointment availability.
We are conveniently located at the end of Main Street on Murray Street, and there is plenty of parking available.
We look forward to welcoming you.
